South Lyon Area Buyers Guide is a direct mail advertising company that helps small businesses reach their target audience through direct mail campaigns.While we don’t have a way to track individual customer return, we can confidently say that many businesses have advertised with us for 10–15 consecutive years in the South Lyon Buyers Guide. Our high re‑sign rate reflects the value local business owners see in our publication.

The Buyers Guide is mailed monthly and our full‑color center spread is available quarterly to select industries  (March, June, September, December).


All books are mailed through the United States Postal Service as a saturation mailing. We currently reach over 21,000 homes, PO Boxes, and businesses in the South Lyon and New Hudson area.

However, ad creation is one of the most important parts of what we do. We offer affordable ad design services to ensure your business looks polished, professional, and eye‑catching.


Not at all. Many businesses choose to use their ad space for branding or information, rather than a discount. Coupons are optional—your message and goals determine the best approach.


That’s entirely up to you. Most advertisers choose to have coupons expire at the end of the month, when the next issue is mailed.


Absolutely. Doing anything once is usually not sucessful, but consistency or multiple ad exposure helps readers see you and get to "know you". Also, while we don’t currently offer multi‑edition contracts, letting us know which months you’d like to advertise helps ensure you secure space—our books do fill up!


Cover positions are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. We rotate these spots to give as many businesses as possible the opportunity.

If you’re interested in a cover or a specific placement inside the book, just reach out. While we can’t guarantee exact positions, we always do our best to accommodate.
